Actor Ganesh Venkatram recently danced to a high energy kutthu song, his first in his career for his upcoming film Acchaaram. Says Ganesh “I had a total blast dancing to this number composed by Srikanth Deva sir who is an expert in kutthu numbers, and Robert master choreogrhaped the song superbly. Its my first kutthu paatu and i really enjoyed dancing to it. ” The song titled “Unna Vida Matteyn” is a dream sequence in the film and was shot recently in chennai over a period of 3 nights and has been composed on Ganesh and Poonam Kaur, the leads of the film.
Achhaaram is directed by Mohan Krishna, an associate and freind of Radha Mohan and is touted to be a Psycological Thriller. Director Mohan feels that Ganesh who has been seen mainly in urban roles so far will reach the rural audiences also with this film.
Ganesh sports two different looks in the film. The star cast also includes Munna and veteran actress Rekha Harris plays Ganesh’s mother in the film.
The Audio Release of the film has been scheduled for Pongal 2015.
Meanwhile Ganesh’s other project “ThaniOruvan” with Jayam Ravi, Nayanthara, Arvind Swami is fast nearing completion. Ganesh plays a pivotal role in the film.
