Breaking all barriers and hurdles, ‘Komban’ scaled the greatest heights beyond the expectations. Today, with the film grossing with stunning collections in box office, the entire crew of ‘Komban’ came together for thanking all media, audiences and crew for making the dream come true.
The event took off on a surprise note as the entire crew celebrated the birthday of veteran actress Kovai Sarala by cutting Birthday cake.
Sakthivelan, Studio Green Distribution Head said, “Today cinema halls have become the hub of entertaining only the city audiences and multiplex groups are alone benefitted. The single screen theatre owners are so much desolated that there is no crowd, even for the A-league actors. I am happy that Komban has served as an entertainment to all the cohorts benefitting them all on whole.”
Speaking on the occasion Karthi said, “The film has delivered a very good and emotional message to everyone. I am so much delighted to see the villagers thanking me and director Muthaiah for depicting wonderful relationship between a man and son-in-law. It was a melting point for every one of us in the crew to hear such great reviews. We are always directed towards wrong assumptions of ‘Gun’ and ‘Violence’ culture. But what we have seen in Komban has a realistic approach.”
Director-Actor Maarimuthu – “I have completely been through the problems faced by K.E. Gnanavel Raja and team. I thank media for being great support. Because of Komban shooting, the entire bunch of lodges and hotels at Paramakudi and Ramanathapuram were booked with high business. Today Gnanavel Raja is reaping the harvest.”
Dhilip Subbarayan, stunt choreographer of Komban said, “I am so blessed to work with my father Super Subbarayan. Thanks to K.E. Gnanavel Raja sir for making it happen.”
Music director GV Prakash, “K.E. Gnanavel Raja sir made this year so special for me. Be it ‘Darling’ and ‘Komban’, my associations have been greater. I thank media for sharing the best views.”
Lakshmi Menon said, “Finally to clear everyone’s doubt, my exams are completed now. It’s been a great experience in Komban and am looking forward to work on many more projects with this crew.”
Director Muthaiah, “I have been making films based on relationships and am assuring all that I would continue to make similar films.”
Finally K.E. Gnanavel Raja of Studio Green said, “For the past 30 days, I have been going through unbearable problems. Finally, I got myself convinced because of realizing the reasons behind this issue. I always ask Muthaiah sir to go back to his village for penning the scripts for the city life would diminish the nativity elements present in him. I earnestly thank and request media to support me in future.”
